Berbere Meatballs

 

Ingredients:
1 cup Sour Cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef stock
1 Tbsp. Berbere Seasoning
1 package (1 pound) frozen meatballs.
Cooked noodles or rice
Directions:
Combine 1 cup Sour cream, 1 can Cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup beef stock, and 1 Tbsp. Berbere Seasoning in a saucepan. Heat on medium. Bake 1 pound of meatballs according to package directions, then add to the sauce. Serve over noodles or rice
