Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower washed and patted dry.
1 tsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic with Rosemary Oil
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
4 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Black Pepper Finishing Sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the cauliflower lengthwise through the core into 4 steaks.
Mix together Olive Oil and Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic with Rosemary Oil.
Brush both sides of cauliflower steaks with oil mixture bake for 15 minutes and brush tops with half the Bittersweet Herb Farm Black Pepper Finishing Sauce. Flip and cook an additional 15 minutes. Brush top with remainder of Bittersweet Herb Farm Black Pepper Finishing Sauce. Cook another 5 minutes.
