Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
1 small red pepper seeded and chopped
1small yellow pepper seeded and chopped
1 small jalapeno seeded and chopped
1 8-ounce can of coconut milk
2 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Spices of India Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil
2 Tbsp. Butter
3 Cups cooked Basmati Rice
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat butter, Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil, and Bittersweet Herb Farm Spices of India Seasoning , when the seasoning is well blended add the three peppers. Cook the peppers for 2-3 minutes and then add the shrimp. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Add the coconut milk and heat through adding more Bittersweet Herb Farm Spices of India Seasoning to taste. Serve over rice. Enjoy!
