Dakota Style Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

4 cups cooked rice (I cook mine by adding 2 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Garden Harvest Seasoning to the water)

1 1/2 cups broccoli flowerets

4-5 leaves of kale stemmed and cut into 1-inch slices

1/2 clove garlic grated

1 garlic scape chopped fine (optional)

1/2 cup each: Cabbage, carrots, matchstick cucumbers

1/2 lime squeezed

1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic with Rosemary Oil 

1 dash sesame oil 

1 tsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil

1/4 cup Peanut butter

1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Spices of India

1/4 cup Coconut Aminos (you can also use 2 Tbsp. of Tamari) 

Directions:

In a large skillet, put 1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic with Rosemary Oil and 1 Cup broccoli flowerets. Cook until desired tenderness. Add kale and sauté until wilted, adding 2-3 Tbsp. Water to steam if necessary.

For the Sauce:

In a medium-sized bowl, add Peanut butter, Coconut Aminos, sesame oil, garlic scape, Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic OilBittersweet Herb Farm Spices of India, lime, and grated garlic. Whisk together.

Add rice, Cabbage, carrots, matchstick cucumbers, cooked broccoli, and kale in a large bowl. Mix well, then add your peanut sauce and mix again.

Plate and Enjoy!
