Ingredients:
6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Spices of India Seasoning
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. minced green onion
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (6-oz) lump crab meat, drained
Directions:
Remove yolks from halved eggs. With a fork, mash yolks and add mayonnaise, celery, mustard, Bittersweet Herb Farm Spices of India Seasoning, parsley, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Add crab meat, mix well. Refill whites with yolk mixture and garnish with a dusting of paprika. Serve immediately or store covered in refrigerator.
