Egg Salad with Lemon Dill and radish

Ingredients:

4 hard boiled eggs

3 Tbsp mayonnaise

3 radishes sliced thin

2 tsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Dill Seasoning

salt to taste

Baguette of your choice of bread for serving

Directions:

Chop your eggs in a medium-sized bowl. Add the mayonnaise, Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Dill Seasoning, and the radishes to the bowl and mix. Let the egg mixture set for at least 15 minutes, giving time to get the best flavor of the Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Dill Seasoning.
