Ingredients:
1/2 pound of fish of your choice (we used flounder)
1 egg with 2 Tbsp. milk beaten (we used oat milk)
1/4 cup flour (we used gluten free)
1/4 cup bread crumbs with 1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Cajun Spice Seasoning added.
1/4 cup safflower oil
Directions:
In a medium sized skillet heat safflower oil until a water droplet starts to dance (or 350 degrees)
Dredge 1 piece of fish at a time, first through flour then through the egg wash and next through the bread crumbs. Place gently into hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side depending on thickness of fish. Remove from pan as soon as they are golden brown on both sides. You can serve with our very own Tartar Sauce with Sundried Tomato and Horseradish. Enjoy!
