Lemon Dill with smoked Salmon Crostini

Ingredients:

1 loaf Crostini sliced into 1" slices

1 8-ounce package of cream cheese

2 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Dill Seasoning

1/2 pound smoked salmon, sliced thin

1/4 red onion, sliced thin

2 small baby dill pickles, sliced thin

1 Tbsp. capers rinsed

chive bloom and fresh dill for topping (optional)

Directions: 

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the cream cheese and the Lemon Dill Seasoning. Allow the mixture to rest for approximately 30 minutes. Slice your salmon, onion, and pickles. Toast the Crostini and spread the cream cheese mixture over the top. Place the salmon, onion, and pickles on top and sprinkle a few capers one each. Garnish with fresh dill and chive blooms(optional). Enjoy!

This quick recipe is perfect for a small meal, a quick lunch, an appetizer, or even a snack. I like to have the cream cheese mixture in my fridge in case I get a craving for a quick snack.
