Ingredients:
1 lb. Salmon
2 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Pepper Oil
1 Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Dill Seasoning
sliced Lemon (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
Place salmon in the baking dish. Drizzle 2 Tbsps. Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Pepper Oil over salmon. Season with Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Dill Seasoning.
Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until salmon is easily flaked with a fork.
Serve over fresh asparagus or any other vegetable or Rice.
Use Fresh Lemon for garnish. Enjoy!
