4 cups fresh spinach
4 cups sliced mushrooms
4 Tbsp. plant-based butter
1 lb. Cooked Pasta of your choice
In a large skillet or wok add the butter and mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms start to brown. Add Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Garlic Finishing Sauce and Spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted. Serve over cooked Pasta adding more Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Garlic Finishing Sauce if needed.
