Ingredients:
1 lb. of ground Turkey or Ground Beef (or make it vegan with Beyond Beef)
1½ Tbsp. New England Barbecue Seasoning
Directions:
Place the pound of ground meat into a large bowl and add 1½ Tbsp. of New England Barbecue Seasoning. Mix with hands or spoon and shape into four patties. If cooking in a pan, cook on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side for Medium to Well done. Cook another 2-3 minutes for medium-rare burgers, 3-4 minutes for medium, or 5-6 minutes for well-done burgers. If grilling, grill the burgers for 2 minutes on each side, then move them to a lower-heat area of the grill.
