Ingredients:
1 lb. of cooked lobster meat (claws, tails, whichever you prefer, or both)
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup minced fresh chives
Juice from a half of lemon
1 Tbsp. New England Barbeque Seasoning
4 lemon wedges for spritzing
salt and pepper
4 split-top hot dog buns
Directions:
Add butter to a pan and the New England Barbeque Seasoning mix occasionally while the butter is melting.
While the butter is melting, I like to brush the buns with butter and warm them for a few minutes in the oven or grill them in a pan.
Combine the cooked lobster with the melted butter seasoning mix. Top with the chives. Add the juice from half of a lemon and toss. Taste and season with more salt and pepper if needed.
Divide the buttery lobster between 4 or 6 hot dog buns. Serve with lemons for spritzing and Enjoy.
