Red Raspberry Jam Puff Pastry Squares

 

Ingredients:

1 package puff pastry sheets cut into squares cooked according to package directions.

8-ounce container of real whipped cream (you could use Cool Whip)

2 Tbsp. Bittersweet Red Raspberry Jam (or to taste).

Fresh Raspberries and mint for garnish (optional)

 Directions:

Add the Bittersweet Red Raspberry Jam to the whipped cream in a medium-sized bowl. Split the pastry puff layers in half. Put whipped cream in a pastry bag, apply the whipped cream to the bottom half, and place the top back on. Top with more whipped cream, a raspberry, and a mint leaf.
