Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 cup raw almonds
1Tbsp. Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic with Rosemary Oil
1 Tbsp. butter (we used a plant based butter)
2 Tbsp. tamari (or regular soy sauce if that is what you have)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. In a small sauce pan melt the butter and then add the Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic with Rosemary Oil and tamari. Heat until well combined. In a large enough bowl to make sure you have room for mixing, add the almonds. Pour the heated mixture over the almonds and stir to coat all the almonds. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread almonds out so they are in one layer. Bake for about 20 minutes total. At about 15 minutes remove from oven and toss them around a little to make sure they are not burning. Bake the additional 5 minutes if needed.
