2 lbs. Chicken thighs rinsed and patted dry
Prepare a gas or charcoal grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat. Arrange chicken on a lightly oiled grill rack, cover the grill, and cook for 6 minutes. Flip and cook for 6 minutes more. Brush chicken with some of the Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Maple Chipotle Finishing Sauce, flip, and cook for 1 minute. Brush Bittersweet Herb Farm Smoked Maple Chipotle Finishing Sauce on the second side, flip and cook 2 minutes more, or until done. Remove from grill; let rest 5 minutes. Serve with lime wedges for squeezing, if desired.
