Stir Fried Greens with Zesty Garlic and Chili Pepper Oil

Ingredients for greens:

1/2 tsp. sesame oil

2 Tbsp. Avocado Oil

6-8 Cups of greens (Spinach, Swiss Chard, any green you like)

2 tsp. Zesty Garlic Seasoning

For the Sauce:

1/2 tsp sesame oil

4 Tbsp. Avocado Oil

4 Tbsp. Tamari (you can use soy sauce if you prefer)

4 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar

2 tsp. Zesty Garlic Seasoning

For Garnish:

Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil to taste.

 

In a small bowl combine all the sauce ingredients. Mix well and let set while stir frying your greens.

In a cast iron skillet or a wok heat your Avocado oil, sesame oil and Zesty Garlic Seasoning on high heat for 1 minute. Add the toughest part of the greens first. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes until the begin to get tender. Add the remaining greens and fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until wilted. Pour your sauce over the top and cook stirring constantly for 1 minute. Drizzle with Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil for garnish.
