Ingredients:
1 Cup cooked Quinoa (Follow directions for cooking)
Add 1 Heaping Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Garden Harvest Seasoning while cooking.
Dressing:
2t salt
Toppings:
chopped cilantro
parsley
quartered cherry tomatoes
cucumber
grated carrot
Vegan Feta Cheese
Directions:
Mix Dressing ingredients together and let sit for at least a half hour so the Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning has time to rehydrate.
Put the cooked Quinoa in a bowl and Mix in dressing and toppings. Enjoy!
