Stage 1: Vegetable Burrito
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Black Pepper Sauce
1 tsp Bittersweet Herb farm Smoked Onion Seasoning
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic with Rosemary Oil
1 small onion chopped
2 potatoes boiled and cubed
1 tsp Tamari (or salt to taste)
1 small can corn (drained)
1 small can mixed vegetables (drained)
1/2 can of black beans (juice reserved for future use)
4-6 flour tortillas
Directions:
In a large skillet or wok add 3 Tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic with Rosemary Oil and Bittersweet Herb farm Smoked Onion Seasoning . To that you will add onions and saute until tender. Add Tamari (or salt to taste). Add black beans, corn, mixed vegetables and potatoes. Stir in Bittersweet Herb Farm Black Pepper Sauce. Heat through.
Warm Tortillas in s skillet and make a burrito with the filling. Add cheese if desired.
Save left over filling for our next recipe.

Stage 2 Fried Rice
Ingredients:
2 cups Mixture left over from stage 1
4 Cups cooked rice Cooked with 2 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Garden Harvest Seasoning
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 eggs
1 tsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil
1 Heaping Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm New England Barbecue Seasoning
Your choice of Bittersweet Herb Farm Finishing Sauce to top off your rice.
Bittersweet Herb Farm Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauce
Bittersweet Herb Farm Chipotle Peanut Finishing Sauce
Bittersweet Herb Farm Lemon Garlic Finishing Sauce
Directions:
In a large skillet or wok add 2 Tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil and scramble 2 eggs.
Add 1 Heaping Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm New England Barbecue Seasoning mix well. Add 4 Cups cooked rice Cooked with 2 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Garden Harvest and mix well then add 2 cups Mixture left over from stage 1. Heat through and serve with you favorite Bittersweet Herb Farm Finishing Sauce.
