Wasabi Ginger Pad Thai

 

Ingredients:

1 package Thai rice noodles cooked to package directions

1 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

16 oz. package extra firm tofu pressed and cut into 1/2-inch cubes

3 green onions chopped

1 cup julienne carrots

4-5 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauce

 Directions:

In a large skillet or wok add Bittersweet Herb Farm Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil and Olive Oil. Add tofu

Brown on all sides.  Add carrots and onion, stir fry for a minute then add your noodles and 4-5 Tbsp

Bittersweet Herb Farm Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauce.  Toss well and serve immediately.

You can garnish with chopped peanuts, cilantro and lime wedges if desired.
