Ingredients:
12 large Sea Scallops
Salt & pepper
3 Tbsp. butter, divided
1 Tbsp Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning
1 cup fresh basil
Zest of 1/2 of a lemon
Directions:
Wash scallops and pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a medium-sized skillet on high heat; when the pan is hot, melt 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter and place scallops in the pan with the Bittersweet Herb Farm Zesty Garlic Seasoning. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan. Cook for 3 minutes. Turn over and cook another 1-2 more minutes until the center and bottom are slightly translucent. Remove from the pan and set aside on a warm plate. Add the remaining butter and the basil to the same pan. Cook until basil is wilted and fragrant, then take the pan off the heat. Pour garlic basil butter over the top of the plated scallops. Zest the Scallops with lemon.
